I am a Writer and Artist, Reiki Master, Spirit Communicator and Mettā Maverick.

~Mettā or maitrī means benevolence, loving-kindness, friendliness, amity, good will, and active interest in others. Maverick means unorthodox or independent-minded person

Once upon a time, I studied Studio Art and Psychology at the University of Minnesota. I have also spent a lifetime learning how to free myself and all beings from choosing the path of suffering when a joyful and abundant life is possible!

I am a passionate advocate for social evolution and see the world changing for the better every single day because you people are awesome!!
